alpine ida-x200 problem

hey just got my alpine ida x200 hooked up and it was working great with my ipod for a day then today i got back in the car and the ipod will not connect and it shows no usb device? I thought I saw the ipod charging when it was hooked up but would not connect. Anyone know what the deal is?

anyone? i also got a error 02 once. Still not recognizing it and I just had it playing this is the 2nd time this has happened now.
