Yes 95 bucks flat rate for the CD unit, face plate if damaged is a whole other can of worms.

They told me 95 to fix anything. I sent mine in to get repaired.

Might have changed but last time I sent in a phantom face with a cracked LCD and a bad CD unit was 2 seperate charges.

Ill have to call them and ask, I know those phantom face parts are getting more scarce.

That is a bad azz unit, had it for a few years then upgraded to the newer Alpine that replaced it and regretted it for eva.
