cuz they're strange like that. they see that i'm trying to buy something online from some guy they have no idea who is, maybe it's there way of saying don't do that, or something screwed up like that, i don't know.

Yeah, you can...well you (no offense intended, cause none of us can) can't, but you have to find some one who can do a recone. Usually the company will recone the sub.
