yea i know the port need's a little room.. but it's too bad.. cause it's not guna happen, have to re-design and build a new box for that...but it ****in bangs! so im fine with it the way it is...

Have you tried standing the box up? And would it really be that big of an issue to design a new box? Since you already have the basic plans for one, all you'll have to do is tweak the measurements. Shouldn't take more than 10 minutes for someone who is competent with math. As for the time it would take to build the new box, hell, I love building shit. I build new boxes all the time just to try different stuff out.

Please tell me you at least plan to do something to prevent the subs from getting smashed. Ie. Bolt down the box, grills over the speakers, something...
