Alan Cowgill Private lending made easy

I have a box full of what I assume is Alan Cowgill's Private Lending Made Easy Kit.

Has a few binders with a bunch of pages about private lending several CD's and Cassettes along with other paper work. All appears to be like new and half of it hasn't been opened. My mom got it for some reason a while back and I don't think she ever used it. I found it in the closet so I am trying to get rid of it.

$50 shipped will take it. Sells for quite a bit on ebay, a set on there right now is going for $85

Also I found a set of chrome wheel locks. I tried selling on here before but I will try again. They are tuner wheel locks made by Dorman. Says M12-1.25 on the top.

They are open ended with tapered seat.

Has 20 locks and one key. They have never been used. I opened them to look at them but never installed them because my new rims came with wheel locks and I didn't know they did so I bought these before hand.
