This is a 5 in 1 Aiptek DV4500. Paid $140 new for it...looking to get $90 shipped. It is a 4mp digi cam, a video recorder, a voice recorder, mp3 player, webcam all in one. It's missing the part that goes over the batteries, i just use tape or hold it...i'm sure you could get a replacement from the company. $90 or best reasonable offer. Obviously I can't really take a pic of it...haha...check out their site if you want!
