I (Joebobclark) agree to purchase Pitchitorsellit's 12" Brahma for $200 shipped. Pitchitorsellit agrees to half payment up front, remainder upon receipt. Payment of $100 sent 1-2-14. Pitchitorsellit will provide shipping information once shipped.

This guy claims the item was destroyed upon delivery. Which seems impossible. I wanted only to complete a transaction but this shady individual looks to have duped me.

He will pay half then ***** when he receives a product.

This deal did not end on equal terms. Joe screwed me over.

Just letting all others know.

He won't even send it back knowing it is perfectly fine.

I want to start off by saying, I AM TRYING TO WORK THIS OUT WITH PITCHITORSELLIT, but since he posted here already and got everyone "involved", here is my side of the story.

Agreed to transaction above as stated.

Received the package yesterday, January 13.

Received in this "packaging"

And this is the resulting damage that USPS did.

It was obvious to me that it had taken a good hit before I opened it. I crossed my fingers hoping it made it, but it did not... basket is broken in 3 places on the side it hit on.

please tell me you insured!!!!! you would both get money back and someone would get a nice motor...... and looks exactly the same as my first set of subs I bought off here... horrible packing job....

Matt (Pitchitorsellit) and I have reached an agreement. I have paid half of the second payment to cover his shipping and then some. He has apologized for his initial reactions.

Issues are resolved. Both parties happy with the outcome (hopefully).
