Hi all, I'm new to this - finally lost patience with road noise and a poor stock stereo, so I'm overhauling my car and installing sound deadening and a new stereo. I have an old 1990 VW Caravelle (the US model was the Vanagon), which is a pretty huge 7 seater van. I'll be taking it apart and installing dynamat/CCF/MLV to reduce exterior noise before installing a new stereo. I'm looking for a bit of advice on the stereo components I have been looking at purchasing. Bear in mind that I am in Australia and so am somewhat constrained in what I can purchase due to international shipping costs. I am also most interested in delivering good sound to the front seats - it's such a big van that I'll work on the rear at a later date, funds willing. - I have already purchased and installed a Pioneer MVH-X565BT head unit, which includes 3 RCA pre-outs. - I'm looking for a component 6 - 6.5" woofer/tweeter system for the front doors/dash.
