just found a pair of these wondering if anyone has an idea of when they were made and what the ratings are on them, and what they are worth.

there passives fairly simple and built like tanks.

Made late '90s to early 2000s. Don't remember the crossover point. Not really worth all that much. With the drivers, that might be a different story.

i need a pair of these crossovers. the crossovers were lost in a car theft, but drivers left behind, if you can believe it. would you be interested in selling them? 2500 hz passive crossovers, by the way. manual for speakers online, search for ads 320is online.
