okay, i'm trying to get my 2500d fine tuned to my two 12w7's and have a couple questions. i noticed this amplifier has an intelli q adjustment, which when i was adjusting the gain i noticed this thing also affects the voltage. so do i want to turn this all the way down, adjust gain, then adjust the intelli q until i get my desired results, or what? can anyone even explain what the purpose for this thing is? do i want to even use it at all? thanks.

btw, 2500d + 1.5 ohm load = about 60 volts right?

yes if you really need to use it set the gain first than adjust your intQ dont forget to set the freq where you want to boost, it removes unwanted bass output from the woofer, increasing the output of the woofer and also increases the power handling of the woofer it can also increase the low frequency response. BTW 2500wrms-1ohm is 50vac

1700wrms-2ohm is 58vac

so id say 54vac for a 1.5ohm load
