yeah but usually phones sell on ebay pretty quick. if you break your phone or what not and there isnt any warranty on it usually its about 200-400 dollars to buy a new phone without a contract.

ive sold 3 of my old cell phones on ebay for 100+ and 2 of them sold in MINUTES and 1 of them sold in less than 24 hours.

x2.......for verizon you can get a blackberry storm for $200 and all blackberrys are BOGO currently for verizon......could sell it for like 350

with sprint and nextel the only way to get a phone unflagged as being lost/stolen is for the owner to take it in to a store with 2 forms of ID. then it can be released.
