Does anyone know anything about these other than what they do?

Im about to buy a few to run 2 dual 2ohm's off a 2000x and am confused how to go about wiring them, the guy im getting them from is no help either.

They are rated at 1200w's rms so obviously im going to have to run one per driver how do I do it? Looking for a final 4ohm load.
