heh.. I once hooked up a Hifonics Brutus 1500D to someones Boss 12" subwoofer. LOL.. . I was like.. dude , your subs not going to get the whole 1500Wrms from this amp because your subwoofers impedence doesnt meet 1ohm. It's going to get much less, but even though it's going to get exactly what your boss subwoofer is saying it can handle, your Boss woofer is not going to handle it!

I thought for the first few minutes I was going to be proved wrong LOL, here I am a "caraudio.com" junky listening to those who actually compete and learned alot, and telling someone their cheap subs not going to hold up and it was lol... was kind of ackward for me until VOILA !!!! the dust cap blew off the subwoofer, and the proof did not let me down.

He was all mad about it, and a few months later I heard him bragging about how his 500wrms BOSS subwoofer was taking 1500WRMS. I didnt waste my time explaining any further lol..

SO GO AHEAD !! spend your hard earned money to blow a cheap subwoofer.
