specifically the BL #. last time i looked the specs said nearly 30n/a now it is down to 20?

Ascendant has replaced the Avalanches from what I know.

Assassins, Arsenals, and the hAvoc are there three new subs.

I didn't notice that until you mentioned it. I've got no idea why they changed the numbers.
