I think the opening post in this thread should have been a tad more accurate ~

Something along the lines of:

Dear Moderation Teamlease accept my most humble and sincere apologies. I made a thread, as we all know, calling out the mods ~ well, a couple of specific ones at any rate, for something they ended up having had nothing to do with whatsoever. In doing so, obviously, I made a complete *** of myself. I would like to throw myself upon the mercy of the CA.com gods and wish for both their forgiveness and their mercy while I give my solemn vow to (a) never do anything even remotely this assinine ever again here on this fine forum and (b) promise to brown-nose as much as possible as often as is required so that my username and my access to CA.com be allowed to live. Thank you very much for your time and kind consideration of my request.
