A quick qustion aboot RCAs please..

Ok I just need to know if I can use a RCA cabe that is intended for audio use as a video RCA. Are they the same thing or is the video configured differently? I have a ton of audio RCAs but no video ones to hook up my rearview camera. Thanks alot for your help!

yep, ive got some really cheap RCA's hooked up to my tv's video input from the surround sound/dvd player and it does the job just fine
