That's also a safety issue because if he severly hurts himself on the job while drunk, and gets drug/alcohol tested at the hospital, get ready for lawsuits. Guess their too blind to see that. Friends or not, shouldn't matter. I would give the guy a chance to sober up or gtfo.</p></blockquote><p></p>
