[QUOTE="akheathen, post: 7266685, member: 629234"] man, i just lost this whole post by trying to view that last pic.... oh well, long story short, they look like they may have a higher q, geared to large sealed, or even ib capable. the big issue, other than what they are, is that you are confined to a trunk. my best suggestion is a large iso-baric reflex ported, or band-pass. most likely would fair well in the band-pass. although nicer looking, the cerwin-vega wanna-be may be more prone to cone distortion and rear driver resonance transfer, and not sound as good, so i would likely use that as the loading driver, and the silver one as the loaded, or front driver. one thing that would change that choice, is the heat dissipation of each coil. the loading driver is going to be subjected to lower movement, and less heat dissipation, not to mention that, if they are different power ranges, but fed the same, the lower power one will heat more. another thing is the loading driver will have less imp. rise, therefore accepting more power once more......have you put the meter to them yet? can you get a peak at the windings? the cvclone also appears to have less x-mech naturally, and likely shorter winding, which would once again support it's choice as the loading driver.....
