im in the process of buying a capacitor and my setup is two 10'' l7's in a 3.0 cu. ft. box with a factory alternator and one yellow top battery. Plus my amp is one pg x1200.1 1-4 ohm 1211wrms and what brand and type capacitator do i need? plz help thnk you

there are better ways to help your electrical system than getting a cap.

if i do the big three with what i have now that wont do nuthing but put more of a strain on my motor correct? and my car is a 95 neon which already has a weak electrical

a cap isn't really gonna help....unless you get that bigass rockford 100farad

Nope. Incorrect.

While you are right in assuming that upgrading the Big 3 will not increase the capacity of your current charging system it will give the now-available current a more efficient path to flow upon.

okay will this solve my dimming problem and give my subs more power for them to give out their maxium output? putting the regular mopar 60 mps battery back in the front and put my optima yellow to the trunk and wire them battery to battery to alternator. In my old setup with the 15'' l7 i used to have my optima in the trunk and have the sub running strictly off that but the bad part was it only would last for about two hours then i would need to charge the batt for 8 hours to have it work for only 2 hours 'WHAT A WASTE'. So will i have enough electrical surge to power my subs to their fullest with the batt to batt to alternator setup, would that be okay or should i just upgrade alternator?
