1. Used, My 360 has the RROD and I never tried or even cared to get it fixed, I have the xbox as well with all cables if anyone is interested..

3. New without tags 100% authentic, my mother in law got it for her bday a few years back and never used it, she has passed so it has just been collecting dust, it does have slight age on the crease of the handle, but nothing that would even be seen if used/worn
