a couple hours of washing and waxing does wonders

its the 'upgraded' version or whatever with pleather interior and wood trim. it sucks. i would much rather have the 4X4 with cloth interior and the like so i could actually lift it and do some good with it.

however, i guess that saves me money to spend on car stereo //content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/naughty.gif.94359f346c0f1259df8038d60b41863e.gif
o rly.

still pimpin tho keep up the good work.

i usually wash my truck 3-4 times a week, and use a light polish on it every three-four weeks. then every six months or so i wash it, take a clay bar to it, then wax it. then annually, i will strip it of all the wax and start over.

ya in about a 2 weeks when school ends im gonna wax, clay bar and buff it out. or il just pay 50 bucks and get it done by a pro lawl.

but i have to say i took my rims off and clean my wheels inside and out with invisble glass cleaner then put mothers wax on them omg bling like crazy. and there preotected that way

well, the clay bar isnt going to go very deep, but it will remove the sediments on top and sap and whatever is on the paint. i would clay bar it then buff it if you know your stuff about buffers (what pads, etc...) and if you are good with one (wont burn the paint). after you clay bar a vehicle it will be smoother than any time you have waxed/polished it.

well im gonna go to a detailer and get a quote for a full buff and polish. then il decide if i wanna do it myself
i just do it myself, i enjoy it and take pride in making something look great. besides, its cheaper, and since i wash it so much it needs polish more frequently. and everytime i wash it it usually takes 2 hours or so, since i go through it inside and out with extreme attention. the shocks and fenderwells and everything underneath it needs to be clean since you can see everything. and then the engine comapartment, oh god. but everything in my truck and on my truck is spotless. every crack in the interior is clean, every inch is clean. i even hate it when there is stuff in the door pockets, ash tray, or console/glovebox. drives me nuts. call me OCD but my truck is sterile.

im the same way but i mean i cant wash it with the water here its hard and leaves spots. i want to take it to a place get it clean then take a day to detail it. but **** dont have one of those days coming up for a awhile lol

i just start early in the day. man, i have to wash my truck and fully detail the boat that has been in storage all winter. the boat was covered but the tower cover wasnt on it, either way though it is a full day or two job.

you will be f*cked over.
/end of story.
not if he isnt too sure about himself doing it. if you arent really good with a buffer and end up burning your paint, then you are really in a bad spot. if i couldnt use one i would rather pay to have someone do it.
