Any large motors for sale?
In a few weeks I will have roughly ten very large ferrite based motors for sale, just need to turn down the pole OD a bit, literally no room for a coil, after that and coating I will post those up soon.

No neo, maybe some alnico? //content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/smile.gif.1ebc41e1811405b213edfc4622c41e27.gif

I might take a pair those copper flatwound coils off your hands, what's the height on them? And you wouldn't happen to have any 2" 4 layer D4 coils, would you? I would need them shipped since I don't think I will be able to head up there anytime soon.

I will get measurements in just a bit. And yes I have 2" coils as well, specific size?

you know? i asked about some of this in your other thread and got no response........... should i ask again, or are you gonna blow me off again?
I thought I had sent you a PM, I apologize if it did not get through let me go back and send you another one.

ok, here's the deal. i am 800 miles away from my house at a remote mine site, so bear with me..... off the top of my head, i would like 5 of the black spiders with sewn leads, 2 coper flat coils for rf HE2 15's, a nice coil for a rf hx2- 12, and maybe a lms 3ohm........ i can't remember what ealse i need.... except- do you have the non-solder coil crimp connectors, and high power tinsel lead?
I am unsure what would work best for the Hx2-12. I can help you out with the black spiders with sewn leads and two copper flat wounds.

I do not have non-solder coil crimp connectors. The best way to go about that is by having precision do that, they have a huge machine that does it, but it is not a cheap process. I do have some flat tinsel lead that I would consider for high power applications. To be honest though most "huge" tinsel leads are pretty useless. You have to remember the size of winding on the coil, or better yet where the tinsel lead connects to the coil. The current will be limited by the smallest point in its path. It does give a nice wow factor though when people have 4-8 leads per coil though lol.

sorry for sounding like a ****...all cool, just had a hard day. anywho- about the tisel leads, i'm not looking for monster leads, just big enough that they don't generate heat, and fall apart with movement.....i have replaced a lot of leads, either salvaged off bigger drivers (like the he-15's, i believe) or r/c motor wire, since i couldn't find new lead anywhere. i figure 1-2000watt lead would do fine. maybe like 4' of it. on the hx2-12, i remember it being 4", and something in about 1000rms maybe?... is this the dd/aq 15" basket? and will it fit my o/s crossfire bmf xt-15? one of mine has a busted basket
