99 nissan sentra,1.6, 80 amp alt issue,too warm amp

need the mathmeticians help with an equation or knowledge of my current draw, or resolution to systemic problems. Anyone may suggest, other than the big three, on; If I have a 1000 watt amp(alpine mrp),alpine 9886 head, 4 gage power and ground, 2 jl audio W3V3's (12 inch) in manufaturer box, and a 80 AMP alternator. Would low amps make a high draw amp get hot regardless of draw or demand on gains, volume? any solutions to offset hot, or very warm amplifier? box is running in a 2 OHM load. Post, or email any suggestive, or recent experiences with such issues please.

Would low amps make a high draw amp get hot regardless of draw or demand on gains, volume?

The only time I can think of a amp getting hot is because your running it at full tilt because of to low of a impedance load or you have a poor ground connection.

2 OHM STABLE AMPLIFIER ON ALPINE, and ground is properly and PROFESSIONALY INSTALLED. Now, that this was cleared, what is next phase, other than an insanely priced 400.00 alternator for upgrade. I will try to do the calculations on the amperage, and wattage comparisons. 80 amp alternator, and 1000 watt alpine v series.

check the voltage when the amp is turned on.
