Here is my current system set up:

I have an Alpine CDA-7875 head unit, i am running 2 mtx amps, one thunder4244, and one thunder6152.There is a 1farad monster cap under the hood. For the fronts i have a Polk/MOMO 6.5 in component set, for the rears i have Pioneer TSA-6865 6X8's, and Polk EX-2500 tweeters. The Thunder4244 is running the MOMO set, and the 6x8's and EX tweets are running of the deck ( which puts out 60Wx4 peak). For bass I have one MTX T-8104 (8000, 10 inch, 4ohm) which is 500W RMS, 1000W peak. That is running off of the Thunder6152 at about 350-375 watts. I have alot of neon and other lighting all from Street Glow (http://www.streetglow.com) and its all Neo-Blue color. I have one gold series undebody kit, about 20ft of neon wire around my guage cluster, doors, and other spots. I have 2 smaller tubes and one large 10" under the dash which lights up your feet. I have one lightning tube mounted on my sub box (Qlogic) inbetween the seats, and one 20" solid color tube mounted at the base of the rear window. (sorry if this is getting long) In the passenger side sun visor i have one 6.4 inch Accele video monitor, and a PS2 behing the passengers seat. Everything is hooked up with/powered with monster cable. and the doors, half of the floor, and the whole back wall is coved in Dynamat XTREME. also i pulled off all of the plastic and coated the backsides with Body undercoat/sound proof spray. (found at walmart..$3 a bottle). I have alot of custom time put into this set up ... i.e. i flush mounted the MOMO crossovers to the backwall and mounted one amp under the pass. seat, the other is mounted to the driver seat back and there is a piece of plexi over the amp with flames cut into it. A buddy of mine and I did custom tint, 35% with flames cut into it. Also a viper alarm with glass break sensor, and backup alarm for security. If there are any ?'s or comments feel free to leave them..

the flames were free hand cut with a Roto zip style attachement on a dremel, i recommend to anyone else to either use thicker than 1/8 inch plexi or a different cutting source for this type of thing, it turned out cool but it looks like the flames are more etched in ice than a clean cut style look.

oh i love it..its 500 RMS and i have about 375 goin to it and it sounds like more than 1 10" thats for sure. but the nice thing is, is that most all of the tuck is sound proofed one way or another(dynamat Xtreme) so no one knows i got anything!

Any pics?

I have a similar truck, a 1996 Mazda B3000 extended pickup and am looking for suggestions on how to best install my planned system (Alpine CDA-7873 HU, Boston Acoustics RX-87 5x7 fronts, 12" SVS sub and an Orion CS200.4 4 channel amp). Since this is a work truck, I want to minimize and hide my install as much as possible (without going to a steath box). Any suggestions?

Dave

Where in BC are you? You could put the subs under the back seat if you wanted, or build a trick console that houses the subs....but thats if you want to spend a lot of time on your install.
