93 explorer which is it?

Does anyone know what type of setup a 93 ford explorer has stock is it. The premium setup or standard iam not sure or how would i tell? would appericate the help

Which model is the Explorer? (Limited, XLT...)

I have a 94 Limited and it had the premium sound. The Premium sound has a 6 1/2" subwoofer in the cargo area on the passenger side wheelwell. The standard sound systems would just have a cargo pocket there.

kicks for me that is perfect i now know i think cause mine has no subwoofer in the back where you are talking about. It is also an explorer Sport .

Alright im Back kicks4me i just looked on the passenger side there is like a luggage rack the right hand side if you open up the panel it's where the rear window wiper fluid is kept also.

I am not sure if you have pulled anything or can pull anything apart to know what you have but hopefully this will help a bit more.

that kinda helps me man but i also know that the front door speakers are just 6x9s. there is no subwoofer in the passenger rear in the back. the deck is am/fm/cassette.

yeah it should be stock it would say premium sound if it was. usually somw here on the front panel near the HU. 6x9's they should be 6x8 or 5x7's like most fords
