i dident offer 1.5, i said take out the system, tv's, small stuff and then give a new price, considering a base non modded caprice goes for 1.3 , you may not know this, but cutting the suspension (if you did, you still never gave further details of how the bags/struts/whatever were installed) either way, it depreciates the value of the car...
im very interested, but not for 4k over the kbb value

did you get the KBB price for the interceptor package? did you factor in a very well maintained 5.7 liter? no
