Like new only powered it on for a few mins to make sure it was working perfect and it does.

It is about 4 months old and has about 8 month warrenty left from future shop.

I do not have the remote cause I lost it somewhere but if I ever find it I will send it to you free of charge if I dont find it before it is sold.

what is ss deadener.sorry man but i have been out of the car audio loop for a while and not sure about all the terms.if its sound deadener then i have a new 50 ft roll i just bought and it came in today,but after evaluating my headliner i am not in a real big hurry to put it in so it will become a winter project.
