I've seen a lot of ads like that on ebay. They use a pic of a real ipod, without ever saying you're getting an ipod. What you get probably won't look anything like the pic.

They make them to look exactly like iPods and even list Macs on the top of their computer compatibility list to throw you off, but never actually say it is an iPod. Same stats, call it a 5th gen, etc, but never say iPod. I bet a lot of younger kids have been duped into that one for sure... if it seems too good to be true, it probably is.
