are u able to get more flare with it than that? looks good but a little more flare would be better. that flare is more like just using wood and a roundover bit for a router.

Its bigger on the inside than it looks on the back side cause of the pipe thickness, But not at this time i am working on increasing the radius but it will also increase the price if I can do that. thats why they are cheap

they cut down on port noise, they mount easily, you'd need a pretty big router bit to get this flare I dont think local hardware stores even have over 1 inch radius bits, you can also change your tuning easily. Its the same radius as the 6" aero ports.

how do the flairs connect to the straight section? Just butt up against it?

Yes just butt and tape very tightly for now.
