problem with you? plz dude, all you are is a post ***** with a real lack of knowledge. a daily set-up or death match will experience heat soak, just don't see that with these subs. oh and burps are 3 secs lol

The pro's do what it takes to win. They lose a dB, they do what it takes to get it back. All subs will heat fatigue. Mechanical suspension will soften also.

That said, awesome subs. Wish I knew a deal like this would come up before I did a wall. GLWS

Exactly! I wasnt saying they are useless after a couple burbs they just lose some power in extreme cases like the DD Demo van...

basically "zero" heat soak at these elevated power levels for a 3 sec burp(s) with this type of motor. soft parts fatigue, sure. neo becoming uncharged because of 40k burps, NO.

I believe you can get a hold of allan dante if I must I will hunt down the post on termpro where he stated about recharging but in 95% of applications they do not require recharging ever. Awesome subs op glws .

what coils do these have? If I remember the coils are the same as the regular 9500 correct?

Thank you! The Protos are awesome I never heard the results from testing though...

Great subs here and in testing against the 9515's with same power you can gain up to a full DB with these subs. In my streetmax 3-4 van we gained 1.8 db going from the 9500 to the 1st gen Z woofers DD came out with running a clamped 6,300 watts per sub
