This truck does a 154 on music. we havent burped it yet. but being sealed, and having a wall..it gets **** loud. but sound sooooooo clean

they also said u shouldnt seal and MTs or DD subs either but wtf u guys think an 4th order bandpass is? subs are still in an sealed chamber and just ask TSGP how good his stuff sounded.i personally dont see why people get flamed for doing sealed. if it works it works!

I think a 4th order bandpass, eventhough it has a sealed chamber, performs very differently than does a simple sealed system. So its really not relevant. If it was, you'd see alot more people running 4th order BP's in SQ setups, rather than all those sealed ones.
I believe most people's point is this person would have likely achieved just as good of results, if not better, if he'd used half as many subs, but ported them. Im not necessarily saying that's true, there are alot of factors, Im just clarifying what most people here are thinking.

I take it that you have never sceen Kenney's tacoma? He is running sealed and can do close to a 156 on music and burps almost a 160.
