53 ratrod porject

Were going to make this into a ratrod. Frame will be painted gloss black and body will be blacked out in flat black. The air cleaner and valve covers will be gloss black. Either going to have our company name in faded letters on the side or some bullet holes. We painted half of the frame today and put in a new brake pedal, booster, and master cylinder. im trying to convince my dad to lower it but he keeps saying they ride bad enough as it is. Were pretty much building as we go along so ill add plans as we go

PLEASE use like a hot rod black or a satin black. If you want I can get you pictures of a similar truck in flat. It's about 2 years old (the paint) and it looks awful.

that is not a "rod" at all. you havent modified any part of it.

got the seat, the bed and contents took out today. Started cleaning up the frame gettin it ready for paint

also made a patch panel for the front by the door as you can tell the difference in the pics.
