50 Cent vs. Ja Rule

I personally believe that both are idiots that haven't ever put out a solid album in their entire careers. But I'll say Ja Rule just for the hell of it.
Power Of The Dollar was a suprisingly good album.....better than anything Ja Rule has or will ever create.

As far as the battle, id' vote for 50 Cent easily. I'm not a big fan of either, but Ja Rule is one of the worse things that has happened to rap in the past 10 years. Almost as bad as Cash Money.

Plus Ja Rule is a straight up pus*y. Anyone see the interview where he said he feels afraid performing in front of black people and feels safer when performing in front of little 12 year old white girls? Maybe thats because no one besides 12 year old white girls like him.......just a hunch //content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/wink.gif.608e3ea05f1a9f98611af0861652f8fb.gif

50 can be a stand up guy too. He set aside 5 million for his child if he ever dies. I can respect someone who puts money away for his children before wasting it all on 26 inch rims encusted in diamonds and ridiculous things like that.

But for the record, Tony Yayo and Llyod Banks are better than 50. 50's voice and flow has become lazy as hell since he got shot. I guess thats what happens wehn you get blasted in the jaw 9 times though.

Yeah, I know, he slurs so much, yet his new single, "Wanksta" gets played so much ... I mean, it's great that he's still rapping after getting shot in the face, but there are better songs that deserve air time ! No wonder kids these days don't listen to rap, the good **** doesn't get the airtime ...
I'm addicted to that beat....but 50 honestly sounds terible over it. Eminem could have desroyed that beat, while 50 just ruins it.

I've been listening to Talib Kweli - Quality a LOT lately.....this is an album that makes me feel good about rap. It's a huge breath of fresh air compared to all the other ******** out right now. Id highly recommend you give it a listen if you dont have it already.....I can send it to ya over AIM if you want

I just picked Ja Rule because the quarter landed heads up:D . The rap industry is putting out so much crap now that I only listen to hip-hop when I am hanging with my friends. They introduce me to whatever they like that month. Until something radically different and better comes out, there is no point IMO to follow what is happening in the rap world.//content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/cool.gif.3bcaf8f141236c00f8044d07150e34f7.gif

Jmac, you know how to use FTPs?

There are radically different things out.....Blackalicious, Talib Kweli, Binary Star, Zion I, Cannibal Ox, Z-Ro, MF Grimm, Slum Village, AesopROCK, Common, 7L & Esoteric....I can go on and on, I love underground rap. You cant expect find to great rap music on MTV and BET, but trust me, its out there.

Another thing, last time I checked, Tupac hated Nas, yet Nas is on a track with Pac ? Sounds like capitalish at its worst to me ...
Nas and 2Pac settled their beef before he died....2Pac dissed him on Makaveli - 7 DAy Theory, simply because Nas was friends with Prodigy (from Mobb Deep) and Mobb Deep were not big fans of Pac....it was a guilty by association type of thing. Nas confronted him about it and they settled their differences.

Speaking of which, the new Tupac album wasn't very good, either ...
I dont think anyone expected it to be.....its new beats mixed over old 2Pac acapellas. It throws off the whole concept of writing to the beat and makes things sound pre-fabricated, and sometimes down right boring.

I love Slum Village. //content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/smile.gif.1ebc41e1811405b213edfc4622c41e27.gif

If you wanna download WSFTP, i can give you leech access to my FTP site, ive got over 1200 albums on it.

I also think they are both morons and I think DMX would smoke them both //content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/smile.gif.1ebc41e1811405b213edfc4622c41e27.gif

Anyone remember 50 Cent dissin' everyone back in '98 ? You woulda thought gettin' shot in the jaw would've shut him up, eh ?

I think 50 is gonna come out on top of this one because he is a slightly better rapper than Ja (Not that that's a huge accomplishment) and because Ja has been dissing everyone from DMX to Jay-Z to G-Unit to whoever he's gonna start beef with next ...

Okay whats the title of the skit?? See now I may have to go get 50 cent...............wait.......nah not worth it. Gimme some more undergreound rappers too man!!!

J
