5 1/8" vs 6 1/2" Comps

Well, I've got the q-logic kickpanels and I think that there's a possibility I might try fitting 6 1/2's in there, I currently have the Rainbow Dream line 5 1/8" comps, looking to upgrade those after I buy my Diamond d6 10".

Now, looking into some 6 1/2" comps, will they really sound that much better than 5 1/8's? I was looking at the Rainbow Contour line 6.5" comps, can someone do a comparison for me?

Aiming for SQ.

The larger diameter cone will usually allow for greater low frequency reproduction. It is quite possible that a 5 1/4 inch speaker can also sound great at sub 120 Hz, but it is driver and install dependent. No matter what you will need to reinforce the Q-Forms.
