If i have 2 subs at a 45 degree angle facing the same way, will that cancel any sound out at all?

Basic physics tells you yes, some sound will be canceled out

Basic acoustics tells you no. There will be no more cancellation than if they were on a flat baffle and you just happen to be at different distances from each one. Because the wavelength of the freqs involved are longer than the car's cabin, the subs are really only pressurizing and rarifying the cabin as a whole.
