400 Watts to 10" type-r's

I have 3 10" type-r Subs in a sealed box. I was thinking about getting a JBL 1200.1 amp for them and wire them in a 2 ohm load, however that would be 400 watts per sub when they are recommended for 300 watts rms. Is it ok to have 400 watts going to these subs??

I was thinkin of a box around (WxHxD) 33"x13"x16". all one chamber. How many cubic feet is that total with 3 10" type-r's??
