These subs are SINGLE 4 not dual 4 im sorry for the confusion

I bought these subs for a teammate who was supposed to use them and reimburse me. He has yet to pick them up so im stuck with a $500+ bill. So im gonna try and sell them on here to recover some of the money. These subs are Brand NEW in box and only taken out for pictures. Im asking $125.00 + shipping ( i paid 135+ shipping ) and these are the same as they were when they shipped from dd

to help you out, a guy on ecoustics.com is almost ready to buy a pair of those subs for $350 shipped. i think if you get with him you'll be able to sell a pair quick since your price is better. just a thought.

what kinda ported box these things need? i have a memphis belle i been sitting on and may play with these. used to work for a DD dealer, but 8's werent used much around the shop. if i could get away with 1 cube per sub i may look into these.

Yeah, I found you, thanks. It took me 2 hours to find out which forum I signed up for, LOL. I was supposed to get two DD1508's for $350 shipped from this guy on E-Bay, but I just e-mailed the guy to see if they are the carbon fiber dust caps or not. We have been talking for a week now on these subs. He wanted $410 for 2 shipped last week, but keeps coming down in price because I keep asking him questions and have not decided on the DD1508 subs yet. I also have been looking at DD's cousin the Audioque, Sound Splinter, TC 1000, Elemental Designs 9Kv.2, JL Audio 8W7, or the Kicker 8L7. The only question mainly between the Sound Splinter, and the DD1508 is there is a 5 pound difference in weight, and I don't know if that means that the motor assembly is stronger in the Sound Splinter, or if it is just extra weight. DD and Audioque both have an advantage over any other subwoofer. Solid copper speaker terminals straight from the voice coil, is a better connection than a binding post. There is less resistance between having a soldered connection and a solid copper to copper connection. It does make sense. So if they have overbuilt that part of the Sub, then the other parts of the sub must be top notch also.

Anyways I am going to see if this guy is blowing smoke up my A&$, or if he has the carbon fiber ones for that price. Otherwise I will be purchasing them from lilmaniac2.
