4 Guage Kits that are actually 4 Guage?

I have been looking for a while and I haven't found any kit under $50 that people have given good reviews on. I want a 4 gauge kit that actually has 4 gauge wire, and not 4 gauge plastic. If anyone has one in mind, of knows of one, or has had good experience with a ~$50 kit that is quality, please let me know.

This might be the one I'll go with if nobody else has any ideas. There is a guy in town that sales it for $35 out the door.
