wow nice triple baffle //content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/smile.gif.1ebc41e1811405b213edfc4622c41e27.gif did you use liquid nails to slap them together?
hell no....im not a fan of liquid nails at all.....i use a hefty amount of wood glue.

what do u mean u cant router? u have a garage do it in there. and that is a thick as top baffle. how are you going to router it out to a flush mount?
i cant cut in the garage :-\ parents dont allow it, //content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/crazy.gif.c13912c32de98515d3142759a824dae7.gif

easy to router it out flushmount...i stacked all the pieces together...drilled the center hole for each sub and all i have to do is router out each piece seperately then slap em together

LOL triple baffle. That's baffling! I was about to build a box that was gonna have a triple baffle for Dalucifer just for one 12" //content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/crazy.gif.c13912c32de98515d3142759a824dae7.gif

I can't wait to see the outcome of this box.

can that jasper jig mount up to most routers? and what do you do when you come to the end of the hole to keep the piece of wood from falling in? also where can i get a jasper jig? cause my jig saw skills are not the best lol thanks

the jasper attaches to a lot of routers not all. do a google search, there are a bunch of places that sell them. The circle doesn't usually fall in, the pin fits rather tight in mine. //content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/smile.gif.1ebc41e1811405b213edfc4622c41e27.gif
