well i got a 6 cu ft box in there right now, and its in my sig. so at 4 cu ft i dont really have a max, i think?

its for a 18'' so, the top board needs to be atleast that.

40.5 from side to side, 17.5 to stay under the window line (but i dont mind being over, doesnt affect anything)
