4 187 12" vs 1 DD 9515

so what should I choose I live rap first of all. I know what will have the better sq

(187's) but which would be louder off of 2000+clean watts. The DD 9515 B series would be in something around 4-4.5 cu tuned 35-40hz and the 187's would be sealed for now prob. 1.7-2cu each it would be a lot of work porting them in the current car I have. I prob. would if I got a new car. But that could not be for a while so. Which one I like daily clean bass like the 12's would give me, but I also like really loud almost being rude loud which I think the 15" would give me So what should I just flip a coin. There both the same price also.

if done right the 4 12 will be louder

the 187's sealed would be louder? the the 9515 ported? The 12"s will be facing up in a pretty good size trunk I say the subs would have like 5in a clearance. And the 15" would be facing back no cleareance height or width wise but about 15in from cone to the trunk latch.

i'd take 4 12s in a sealed enclosure over a ported 15 anyday on a daily basis. but then i dont really care what would do better on the meter anyway.

Depends on the car. For a truck or something small I'd do the single 15.
