4 10"s couldn't do it, can 4 12"s???

So 10s can't play low? Even though they are about the same cone area as 2 15. More coil, more displacement...more motor

Something else is wrong. Either box or tuning.

ok, so what do you suggest?? Box is 5.5 cubes, tuning is 29Hz, subs are CT Sounds Meso 10"

If your box is way to big and tuned that low the bandwidth is going to be limited.

4 cubes net 60sq inches of port 32hz

Sounds like you need better subs. get 4 sundown audio x series 10's and a good box design if your after extremely low end. that's what they're made for.
