Sold 3rd Times a Charm - Blown 15" XXX

Yes, this is the 3rd time I am trying to sell this sub. Last time I decided to keep it and get it reconed, but money has been real short and I have a sub running, so XXX has been bumped off the priority list. As much as I want to hold on to it and get it reconed, it is just not practicle right now.

So here it is:

15" RE XXX dual 2 ohm config

$200 shipped in original box and wood crate.

From Miami, it was going to cost me about $200 to get it shipped,reconed and shipped back to me. So I feel safe in saying that when all is said and done you will have spent about $350-$400 for a XXX, which is basically almost new after a recone.

contact your closest RE dealer. cheaper to recone.

you'd be more likely to spend $120 getting it reconed and selling it for $300 than to sell it for $200 blown.

there is an RE dealer in Tampa and im sure there has to be one near miami.

I didn't realize that there was one in FL, I thought I had to send it to Cali for the recone.

Where can I find the info on the FL Dealers?

ill ask a few people, call RE and see if they can actually get you in contact with a real dealer. :lol:

The recone costs $159 Plus shipping. I went ahead and sent it. I don't have to pay til it is done. I was saving the money for my vacation in 2 weeks, but F*** it, this is a XXX and I bought it to hear it in my car. I might as well do it.
