Well, after being without a system for a few years I decided to get back into it. Started off with a sealed box for my two 10" R's.........that blowed. Then I built a 3 cube @ 32hz slot port(port and subs on same side), stuffed it into the trunk of my stang and faced them toward the rear. About 2X the output with much better sound overall. After pounding the hell out of them(I listen to mostly rap, hip-hop and bass track cd's) and shaking my car apart, I need more output. It just doesn't seem that loud to me anymore. Any ideas on building a higher output box? I'm not an audiophile by any means, I just like gut pounding bass. Possibly use large round ports next time? Larger box with higher tuning? Any and all help is, as always, appreciated. HD
