Will i be able to run the saz 3kd at .5 with 2 Yellow tops, 2 Red tops and a 140 amp alt? 2 runs of 0 gauge. possibly a cap (watch the volts til i can get the stinger/w.e volt display) ????

do you really need that much going to the sub?

could always leave it at 2ohm and still get more then enough power to the sub

but I would say you should be safe but I guess you will have to find out and see if it can really handle it or not on your own

4 Batteries and decent alternator, all 0 gauged.

well its a btl, i mean whats the point at running at 2 ohms and putn, around 2200wats if it can take 3 + ?

LOL and you have a t4000.1 and it puts **** near almost 5k out!

that going to 2 subs, 2500wrms each and beleive me, for daily, it is way more then enough. I know they can take 4-5kwrms but not daily. All im saying is you could run that amp at 2ohms and still get the sub plenty loud

A Sundown 3000 will easily pull over 400a of current @ 0.5ohm. I recommend setting your gains conservatively.

i would NOT suggest this with your electrical.

that's a LOT of current draw.

if you do it with this electrical, i see magic smoke in your future.

& once your amp lets out it's magical smoke, it works no longer!

Well after testing it my self. 0.5 ohms with 1 Red, and 2 Yellows, and the gains about a hair under half, i see no less than 12.6. so much for 500a of draw eh
