I woulda ran back home, and grabbed all our 5gallon gas cans (about 5-6, for the tractors and such... which are all empty) and filled them all up too

edit:

Shit, shop down the road had dozens of 55gallon drums, think they're like $5 each or something. If that happened around here, I'd grab like 10 (or as many as I could fit on our trailer) and fill 'em all up. As for now, it appears we'll be using it one way or another for the next few years at least, so might as well spend now (while it's cheap) and get as much as you can

We had the same thing happen here in KC sometime last year. Except it happened at an overnight pump where there was no staff present.

Has happened here at the gas station at Wal-Mart. Wasn't that cheap I think it was like $.80 per gallon or so.
