$350 credit...What would you do?

Well, I have a $350 credit at Sonicelectronix.com and am not sure what to do with it. I don't have a system installed in my car yet (98 Eclipse GSX), but have the following ready to go in:

Eclipse 8455 headunit

New CDT 6.5 comps (frontstage)

Avionixx 440.4 & 1200.2 amps

1-RE HC12

3-ED 9kv2s

I'm thinking of putting the 8's in for rear fill if they'll fit. If not, I may just use them as subs (add another) and not install the RE. My initial thoughts were to get a new headunit (2 DIN opening), but have been thinking of getting new amps instead. I'm looking more for an SQ setup and don't want a big box in the car (if I used the RE it would be in a fiberglass box in the wheel well). Please give me your thoughts and suggestions.

might be a bit of a ripoff, but deadener? you can get it cheaper elsewhere, but if you can only use it as credit, it might not be a bad idea.

Can the Eclipse run active? If not, I'd use part of that $350 and buy an external crossover/EQ, and bi-amp the CDT's with the 4-channel.

I know the new eclipse h/u's can run active, but I'm not sure about the 8455 (I think so though).

The headunit can run active, so that is what I'm planning on doing.
