Can be Jailbroken, but not unlocked, yet.
There is two very tiny hairline scratch on the front, you can't even see them unless you look from just the right angle.
There are some scratches on the back and the apple icon is scratched up.
If you have AT&T all you need to do is pop your sim card in and your good to go.
