This is the best mp3 player I've ever owned. Others on the forum can vouch for this being an awesome mp3 player. The battery life is amazing (the manual says 14 hours on one full charge, but I've used it longer than that on one charge before).
I've never had any problems with it. It is functionally 100%. Cosmetically, you can see normal use marks on it, but nothing too bad. You can see in the pics below. On the first pic, you'll see the screen protector on. In the next pics, you'll see that the screen is flawless!
