looks like microsoft & paypal have some promotion out right now where you can get 30% cashback on items....

i think you would have to search for it on live.com, then at the top of the results in the sponsored sites you may see one that says "You may get 30% off with PayPal if eligible." .. click that and go to ebay

then on ebay at the top youll see the microsoft cashback logo.. go back to searching for things.

be sure to read the conditions, they are pretty specific ..

yea it works i did it like 2 months ago, the discount was 35% it goes up and down depending on how many people use it

you dont get your money right away tho, or at least you didnt when i did it
